William “Bill” Snow, age 82, of Kouts, IN passed away peacefully on Sunday, 28 January, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Jacqueline “Jackie”; children Debbie (husband, David) Plenus and Holly (husband, Robert “Bob”) Hogue; grandchildren Katie and Sara Hogue, Megan Quakenbush, and friends.
Born in Hammond in 1941, Bill was a true northern Indiana native. He worked for Chrysler in Lansing for many years. He married Jackie in September of 1963 and together they created a beautiful family. Bill was an avid fan of sports and had a keen ability to recall statistics, players, coaches, and gameplay details from memory. He had a passion for all sports ranging from local high school athletics to professional, and notably loved attending the Indianapolis 500. Without question, Bill was the biggest Purdue sports fan in the Region. He will be deeply missed.
A viewing service for Bill will take place on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the Lincoln Ridge Funeral Home in Crown Point at 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. Friends are invited to visit with Bill’s family.
