Vasilka Marinceski, age 66 of Crown Point, passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 19, 2024. She was born on October 8, 1957 in Trebinista, Macedonia. Vasilka was a longtime member of SS Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral. Vasilka was a faithful employee of Parker Hannifin for 28 years, she recently retired in 2022. She was a loving wife and a dedicated mother and grandmother. Vasilka enjoyed the simple things in life. She was passionate about her gardening, flowers and baking. She showed positivity and kindness to everyone she would encounter. She will be remembered and deeply missed.
Vasilka was preceded in death by her parents Naume and Blaguna Doneski; sister, Milka Petreska; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dimitrija and Slavka Marinceski; aunt, Slavka Biceska; nephew, Bobby Risteski; cousins, Blagoja and Rusa Pejoski; nephew, Ace Pejoski; in-laws by marriage, Klime and Lena Pejoski.
She is survived by her husband of 46years, Risto Marinceski; two beloved children, Cvetozar Marinceski; Kristina (Naumce) Pejoski; two cherished grandchildren Sophia and Olivia Pejoski.Also, many loving relatives and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at SS Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral, 9660 Broadway, Crown Point from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral at 10 a.m. Interment Maplewood Cemetery.
