Spiro Galic, age 81 of St. John passed away peacefully at Community Hospital on March 7th, 2024 with his loving family by his side.
Spiro was born December 25th, 1942 in Donje Peulje, Bosnia to parents Dusan and Zorka Galic. He is survived by his loving wife Slavka (Lazic) Galic, two sons Aleksandar (Snezana) Galic and Dusan (Natasa) Galic; five grandchildren Zana, Aleksandar, Andon, Giovanna, and Viviana; brother Dusan Galic; and other family, friends, and kumovi in the old country, U.S., Canada, and Australia.
Spiro was the business owner of Industrial Medical Services.
He was a proud member of St. George Serbian Orthodox Church in Schererville, IN., along with many other organizations.

Services will take place Tuesday, March 12th 2024 at St. George Serbian Orthodox Church 905 E. Joliet St. Schererville, IN. 46375 with a visitation from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. and Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m., with V. Rev. Radovan Jakovljevic officiating.
Interment Calumet Park Cemetery 7535 W. Taft St., Merrillville, IN. 46410.
