Sedma Zorka age 87 of Crown Point, IN passed away on December 2, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Sedma was born August 28, 1934 on the beautiful island of Krk, Batomalj, Croatia to Ana and Svetozar Stefanic. Sedma’s passions were cooking and gardening. She never drove and was an avid walker. She is remembered for gathering her family around her delicious meals and her love for her family here in the United States and her family afar in Krk. Sedma came to the United States at age 24 when she married her husband, Milton Zorka and began her family. Sedma is survived by her daughter Bernice (Michael A.) Pankowski, her grandchildren Michael J. (Gloria) Pankowski and Elaine (Peter) Tsiakopoulos and 5 great grandchildren, Ariston, Loukas, and Deacon Tsiakopoulos; Gabriela and Adrian Pankowski. She was preceded in death by her husband, 6 brothers, and loving parents. Funeral Service for Sedma will be held Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the St. Michael Catholic Church Schererville. Friends are invited to visit with Sedma’s family at the Lincoln Ridge Funeral Home on Monday, December 6, 2021 from 5:00P.M. until 8:00 P.M. At rest, Chapel Lawn Cemetery.
