Ruth M. Damjanovic MERRILLVILLE, IN – Ruth M. Damjanovic, age 86, of Merrillville, IN passed away January 10, 2018. She is survived by her daughter, Millie (late Milovan) Damjanovic; grandchildren: Steve (Shelly) Dezelich, Milan (Diedra) Dezelich, Eric (Karen) Damjanovic, and David (Julie) Damjanovic; seven great grandchildren: Samantha, Steven, Milan Jr., Miranda, Mirko, Lyla, and Luke; and one great great grandchild, Ryder. Preceded in death by her husband, Milan; daughter, Angie (late, George Dezelich). Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Descent of the Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, 61st and Harrison St., Merrillville with Rev. Alin Munteanu officiating. At rest, St. Mary’s Russian Orthodox Cemetery in Gary. Friends are invited to visit with Ruth’s family on Friday from 5:00-8:00 PM at the LINCOLN RIDGE FUNERAL HOME, 7607 W. Lincoln Hwy., Schererville (Rt. 30 East of Cline Ave.)
