Parey Baranowski, 57, passed away on February 26, 2024. She is survived by her mother Magdalene Mouratides, loving husband, Chris; children, Teresa and Christopher (Georgianna). She was a dear sister to Johnny (Rose) Mouratides, Carey (Argie) Mouratides and Pat (Jake) Johnson. She was the fun, loving, giving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Samuel Mouratides.
Parey was the heart of her family. She enjoyed entertaining and taking care of others, it was her way of showing her love. She also enjoyed an occasional trip to the casino when she felt lucky. Because of her great personality and loving heart, Parey will be greatly missed and remembered by the many people she came in contact with throughout her life.
Funeral Service will take place Friday, March 1, 2024 directly at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Schererville at 10:00 A.M. Friends are invited to visit with Parey’s family on Friday at Church, from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. At rest, Chapel Lawn Cemetery.
