Millie Milena Mihajlovic

Millie Milena Mihajlovic (nee Stojsavljevich), (51), of Schererville, IN, passed away suddenly on February 27, 2025. Funeral services will be held on Friday March 7th, 2025, at St Elijah Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in Merrillville, Indiana. Visitation will begin at 10 am followed by the Funeral service at 11 am. Burial services to follow at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, IN. Father Aleksandar Novakovic will officiate the service. Funeral arrangements provided by Lincoln Ridge Funeral Home of Crown Point, Indiana. Millie was born in Gary, Indiana to the late Pavle (Pajo) and Dusanka Stojsavljevich on July 9, 1973 as a twin to her brother Mikey. She graduated from Lake Central High School in 1992. She earned an Associate’s Degree from Robert Morris College in Chicago in 1994.  Millie was blessed with two loving children, her daughter Andrijana in May of 1998 and son Radosav in August of 2000.Millie worked in Healthcare Administration at Loyola Medicine Tinley Park, IL for the last 3 years and 17 years at Franciscan Alliance. Millie was preceded in death by her father Pavle Stojsavljevich. She is survived by her children Andrijana and Radosav, her mother Dusanka Stojsavljevich, her brother Michael Stojsavljevich. First cousins, Nick Stojsavljevich, Donna Kennedy, Mary Knezevich, Nancy Kovacevic, Millie Hamilton and their respective families. In addition to, many more cousins, kumovi, family and friends.Mille was very proud of her children Andrijana and Radosav. Her life was most joyous when she was with her children. Her life was fulfilled with their happiness and moments together. Millie cherished the time she spent with her family. Milie’s big smile will be deeply missed by all those she loved and that loved her back. Memory Eternal.
