Mile Maric of Dyer, IN ascended into heaven Thursday, March 7, 2024. Mile was born in Bosanko Grahavo, Yugoslavia and migrated with his family to East Chicago, Indiana.
Mile is survived by his mother Kovinka Maric, sisters Ruza Dmitrovic, Olga (Tom) Vicari, Uncle Danilo Marich, Uncle Dimitrije Stolic , Aunt Helga Marich, nieces, nephews, and cousins in US. Canada, and Serbia. He is preceded in death by his father Nikola Maric, and many relatives.
Mile was loved immensely by his family. Those who had the pleasure of knowing him truly understand what a beautiful person he was. May his memory be eternal.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 11, 2024 directly at the St. George Serbian Orthodox Church in Schererville, IN at 10:00 A.M. Friends are invited to visit with Mile’s family on Monday at church from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. At rest, Calumet Park Cemetery.
