Desa (Glamoclija) Vasic

Desa ( Glamoclija) Vasich passed away peacefully at Hospital on Saturday January 25th, 2025.Born on April 26th, 1942, in selo Catrnja near Skrad Yugoslavia to parents of Mihailo and Zorka (Padezanin) Glamoclija. In 1961 Desa immigrated to the United States and met her future husband Nikola Vasich and were married in 1963.She was a loving mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt, and Kuma.Survived by her daughter Alexandra Suvajlo, grandson Aleksandar Suvajlo and son-in-law Goran Suvajlo.Visitation will be held at the St. George Serbian Orthodox Church in Schererville on Thursday January 30th, 2025, viewing from 9-10am, service will be at 10am then directly at Calumet Park Cemetry.
