Brent Spyrka

Brent Spyrka, age 65 of St. John, IN, was born on September 11, 1957, in Chicago, IL to John and Florence (nee Maslanka) Spyrka. He passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Rada Lakich; three children: Trent (Sage) of Colorado, Eric of Crown Point, Amber Hough (Eric Skertich) of Crown Point; grandchild: Luna of Colorado; cousin, Lynn Bristol (Jeffrey Rothstein) of Maryland; and niece, nephews and in-laws. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Mark.  Brent was a graduate of Mt. Carmel (Chicago) and University of Arizona where he fell in love with the desert. He had a great passion for golf and played in pro amateur tournaments. He was a loyal and dedicated employee at Sinai Health – Chicago.  Friends are invited to visit with Brent’s family on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Lincoln Ridge Funeral Home in Crown Point, IN.  Service beginning at 7:00 p.m.  May his memory be eternal.
