Barbara C Echterling, nee Glinski, age 71 of Monticello, passed away February 16, 2024. She is survived by her brother Timothy (Mary) Glinski of Michigan, niece Katy Clifton, nephew Dan Glinski and many loving cousins. She is preceeded in death by her husband Donald Echterling and her parents Thadeus and Marie Glinski. Barbara and her husband worked together in their construction business developing many subdivisions. She was an avid snow skier and had a passion for Corvettes, winning numerous awards with her beautiful cars. She loved traveling the country, making new friends, holidays with family, shopping in Chicago, weekends at Pine Lake and block parties with neighbors. Barbara was loving and caring, and will be dearly missed by all. Visitation will take place Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 4pm -8 at the Lincoln Ridge Funeral Home in Schererville.
