Theresa Fazzini Ippolito, 69, passed away Wednesday Feb 8th 2023 in her home with her family by her side. Terry was born June 27th 1953 in Chicago Heights, IL to Santo and Ann Fazzini. Terry loved being with her Grandchildren watching them grow, Watching The Chicago White Sox, and making herself the beautiful woman she was. She took pride in being an Italian woman and stuck to her roots through and through. Terry is survived by her loving Husband Michael Ippolito, Daughter Nicole Warrens, Grandson Kane Warrens, Granddaughter Gianna Warrens, Sister Rosemary Fazzini Millsap (and family) as well the entire Ippolito and Wolf families. Terry (Ti Hon) will be deeply missed and never forgotten. We can no longer see you with our eyes or touch you with our hands but we will feel you in our hearts forever.
