Tode Damjanoski

Tode Damjanoski, 70, of Crown Point, Indiana, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026—his 70th birthday.

Tode was born on March 10, 1956, in Ohrid, Macedonia. At just 15 years old, he began traveling to the United States to help with his father’s business and support his family.

In 1985, he married Lenka, who joined him in the United States as they began building their life together. Early on, Tode helped run his father’s bars in Gary, Indiana, before beginning a long and dedicated career at Allied Tube, where he worked for many years until retiring in 2022.

Tode was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He especially cherished time with his granddaughter, Elliana, whose presence always brightened his day and brought him immense joy.

He enjoyed spending time outdoors and relaxing with his favorite game shows Wheel of Fortune and Let’s Make a Deal. He was also particularly fond of classic Western movies. A lifelong Chicago Bears fan, he always held out hope that he would see them win one more Super Bowl. Tode was well known for his quick wit and memorable one-liners, often delivering them with perfect timing and bringing laughter to those around him.

Tode is survived by his loving wife, Lenka Damjanoski; his children, Kristina Pac (Robert) and Paul Damjanoski (Elizabeta); and his beloved granddaughter, Elliana. He is also survived by his sister, Mitra Mitanoski. He was preceded in death by his father, Krste; his mother, Bozana; his sisters, Naumka and Ilinka; and his nephew, Aleksandar.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with Funeral Service directly following, on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at S. S. Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral, 9660 Broadway, Crown Point.
